Harrisburg, NC (July 2022) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) and Chick-fil-A® are pleased to announce the popular restaurant will be coming to Farmington! Chick-fil-A has signed a ground lease on a 1.5 acre outparcel pad at the entrance to the master planned development. Farmington is located off I-485 and Rocky River Road, Exit 36, in Harrisburg, NC. The restaurant is expected to be complete in 2023. This will be Chick-fil-A’s second location in Harrisburg, NC.

Chick-fil-A joins other tenants at the center including Dunkin’, Jersey Mike’s, Heartland Dental and a nail salon.

Joey Morganthall and Robbie Adams of MPV Properties represented the ownership group, and Will Whitely of New South Properties represented Chick-fil-A.
