Megan is a Charlotte native and has 22 years of residential and commercial property management experience. Throughout her years in the industry, she has worked in multiple Charlotte markets that include South End, SouthPark, Huntersville, Pineville, South Charlotte, and University. Before MPV, Megan was a residential (CAM Certified) Property Manager of A+, A, B, and C multi-family residential and commercial communities that varied from garden style to high-rise buildings. In her most recent position, Megan managed the daily operations of a Class A+, 345 unit double high-rise in SouthPark through lease up that also included 88,000 SF of retail.
Megan is currently managing a portfolio of retail, office, medical office and industrial properties in Charlotte and the the surrounding market. Outside of work, Megan’s favorite activities Include travel, all things food & wine and listening to Podcasts while doing both!
