Charlotte Eye Ear Nose & Throat Associates (CEENTA) had a prominent footprint in Huntersville, but lacked the space in their existing building for growth. The group partnered with MPV Properties in a 50/50 joint venture to develop a new facility within Hamptons Professional Center, an 11-acre mixed-use center convenient to CEENTA’s existing patient base. CEENTA took 18,000 square feet, or the entire second floor of Building I which totaled 37,500 square feet. In the course of the project, MPV accomplished the following:
- Identified and rezoned the site
- Obtained financing
- Developed the two building complex
- Negotiated a master lease with CEENTA for 18,000 square feet
- The project was delivered on time and within budget
Result: Upon completion, there will be a total of 86,000 square feet of class-A medical and office space at Hamptons Professional Center.
