We’re invested from the beginning

As the developer of the majority of properties in our Association Management portfolio, we have an extensive track record of creating associations and then managing them throughout their life span.

Once a development has reached maturity, MPV Properties works closely with the Association Board of Directors, which consists of association members and/or owner representatives, to ensure the level of service and class of the property is preserved and protected under the governing documents. These governing documents include: (i) Declaration, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions; (ii) By Laws; (iii) Articles of Incorporation; and (iv) additional Design/Signage/Landscape Guidelines or other restrictions as adopted by the Board.
