MPV Properties worked with a medical client to develop a build-to-suit project in the infill Cotswold submarket of Charlotte. During this process, our team accomplished the following:
- Identified and rezoned the site
- Constructed a 30,000-square-foot, multi-tenant, Class A medical office building that suited the anchor tenant’s needs
- Established a physician ownership partnership structure in response to physicians’ desire to participate in ownership of the development
Result: MPV Properties delivered the project on time and within budget.
