MPV Properties supported a medical client, Novant Health, in securing a site and developing a new facility in the Denver submarket. Our team also assisted with leasing additional space that was developed as a part of this build-to-suit project. Overall, MPV Properties accomplished the following:
- Identified several potential sites in the submarket
- Secured a convenient location along NC Highway 16 South near the intersection of Highway 73
- Developed a two-story, 25,000-square-foot medical office building solely occupied by Novant Health
Result: MPV Properties went above and beyond to master-plan a larger-than-required site, constructing a two-building medical office development and achieving 100% leasing and sales on the project during the construction phase.
