Elevation Church, an enormously popular Christian church in the Charlotte community, needed to rapidly expand to meet its demand. They chose MPV to help them achieve their needs. For them, MPV performed:
- Site selection
- Rezoning
- Development of four facilities in the Charlotte metro area
Result: They were able to find affordable locations in prime areas to meet their growing demand in the market while building their assets to ensure stability for the future. MPV helped in developing six locations which include Blakeney, Lake Norman, University City, Rock Hill, Concord, and their main campus, Ballantyne (featured above).
