MPV Properties sought and identified an attractive land site in the very desirable South Charlotte submarket to develop a speculative retail and medical office project. The result was Reafield, a 34,100-square-foot retail and office center situated near the signalized intersection of Rea Road and Tom Short Road in Union County. Over the course of the project, MPV accomplished the following:
- De-annexed the site from the Town of Marvin to Union County
- Rezoned the site
- Master-planned a three-building site plan that maximized visibility on a major thoroughfare
- Lease and constructed a Class A project
Result: Reafield tenants include Novant Health, Rosati’s Pizza, Barre3, Brush’d Salon, Ultra Nail Boutique and Reafield Dental.
