Chad Pyke joined MPV Properties as a broker in January 2025. Prior to MPV, Chad enjoyed a successful career in the insurance industry working for Unum Group and Amwins Group. Chad began investing in real estate in 2023 and decided to make it his full-time career in 2024 after building a book of business with several local builder and developer clients.
Chad is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina. He is a member of Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Chad is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, and lives in Mint Hill with his wife and daughter. He is an elder at Life Church in South End and enjoys mentoring fatherless boys through Truth in Nature. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a finance degree in 2017 and completed his MBA at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga in 2019. He was a member of the wrestling teams at both NC State and UT-Chattanooga.
