Davis joined MPV Properties’ retail team in March 2024. Prior to MPV, Davis spent 6 years as a broker in Atlantic Retail’s Charlotte office, where he worked with numerous regional and national retailers on their expansion efforts across the Carolinas. Davis also worked closely with landlords and developers of shopping center and outparcel developments, assisting in site identification and the leasing of their projects. Davis began his career with Charlotte-based Aston properties, where he served as a leasing agent for a portion of their grocery anchored shopping center portfolio.
Davis graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2016 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Outside of the office he enjoys golf, hunting, traveling to the beach and spending time with his friends and family.
