Ian is responsible for overseeing one of the largest commercial association management portfolios in the region with over 4,000 acres, 1M SF of condos, and 800 owners throughout North and South Carolina. Ian’s team prides itself on exceptional attention to detail and an unrivaled level of personal service.
A graduate of Leadership Charlotte, Ian holds real estate licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina. He received his L.L.B. in Law from the University of Reading, England in 1982 and was a real estate attorney in England for 10 years before joining MPV Properties in 1996.
