Josh joined MPV Properties in 2018 and specializes in the sale of single and multi-tenant retail and medical investment properties nationwide, with an emphasis on the Southeast. Since joining MPV, Josh has been involved in the sale of more than $150MM in sales volume across the Southeast and Northern Sea board, including several high-profile infill sites in Charlotte’s Southend corridor, sale-lease backs, and net leased QSR’s including Dunkin’, Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell , Bojangles, KFC, and Pizza Hut. Josh’s clients range from high-net-Worth Investors, National & Regional Developers, Public REITs, and Real Estate Funds & Partnerships.
Josh is a native to North Carolina and graduated from Western Carolina University in 2010 with a degree in Business Administration and Law. Josh is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), serves on the Programs Committee for Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), and holds a brokers license in North and South Carolina. Josh enjoys cycling, fly-fishing, and spending time with his wife, Sarah and family in his free time.
