Kristen joined MPV in 2024 as a Senior Property Manager. She began her career in managing commercial real estate in 2011 with JLL, working in their corporate facilities sector for major banking clients throughout the Carolinas. Over the last 13 years, Kristen has managed properties ranging from retail, mixed use, medical office buildings, surgery centers, and associations during her tenure with CIM Group and Flagship Healthcare Properties. Her original career path was in English and Professional Communication, which she studied at Winthrop University, but was recruited right out of college by a commercial real estate firm, and she never looked back. She has a niche for customer service and problem solving that drives her commitment to help owners and investors succeed, while creating spaces where tenants can flourish and enjoy. In her spare time, Kristen is usually running to basketball tournaments with her husband and her stepson, or she’s working on holiday décor that she makes and installs for clients over the Christmas season.
