Ravanna joined MPV Properties in 2025 as a Property Assistant where she plays a key role in supporting the management and maintenance of commercial real estate properties. Prior to MPV, Ravanna worked as a Tenant Services Coordinator with JLL, where she enhanced the tenant experience at Truist Center headquarters in Uptown. She facilitated vendor and security access, managed lease-related inquiries, plus maintained compliance standards. Additionally, she worked closely with PMs and the engineering team to address tenant concerns, coordinate building maintenance, and ensure daily operations. With nearly nine years of related customer service experience, Ravanna’s proactive engagement and problem-solving skills help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, she moved to Charlotte in 2021 after spending five years in Charleston, SC to earn her degree. In Ravanna’s free time, she loves spending time with her boyfriend and their beloved Goldendoodle, Boone, friends and family.
