- Site-planned and developed a physically challenging site characterized by difficult topography and rock
- Constructed thirteen speculative retail and professional office buildings totaling 110,000 square feet
- Penetrated the market effectively with sale and lease options
- Created a quality “Class-A” image through design, architectural controls, quality building materials, and landscaping
