Charlotte, NC (March 2010) – King Tut Properties, LLC purchased Suite C (1,587 sf) in Building 1 at Steelecroft Village, a project developed by Merrifield Patrick. The location will be the site of DanceSport Carolina’s second location in the Charlotte area, which is scheduled to open in April.

Professional Ballroom and Latin champion dancer, Thomas Malvasia established DanceSport Carolina in 2005 in Charlotte, NC. Since then, DanceSport Carolina has become the leader in Ballroom and Latin dance studios in the Charlotte area. Steelecroft Village is an 8-acre mixed-use development located at NC 49 and Hwy 160 in Charlotte. The project totals approximately 70,000 square feet including approximately 19,000 square feet of retail and 51,000 square feet of medical and professional office space. Tenants include Presbyterian Regional Healthcare Corp., Allen Tate Realtors, Hickory Tavern, Luigis Pizza, and State Farm.
