Shelly Johnson is the Director of Marketing for MPV Properties where she leads the company’s branding, digital marketing, content strategy, and creative initiatives. Since joining MPV in 2014, she oversees the development of marketing materials supporting brokerage, property management, association management, and business development efforts across the company.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning commercial real estate, media, and corporate marketing, Shelly combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on expertise in branding, website development, SEO, content creation, photography, and visual communications.
Prior to joining MPV Properties, Shelly worked in marketing and design roles with The Bissell Companies, Hearst Magazines, and Brio Group Design. Shelly earned her degree in Graphic Design from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude and receiving recognition in the university’s 2004 Design Excellence Exhibit. She stays busy in her free time spending time with her husband and two children in Pineville, NC.
