Beau Outfitters, a men’s lifestyle retailer, has recently expanded to North Carolina in Charlotte’s Dilworth neighborhood. The retailer opened its doors earlier this week. MPV Properties’ Keely Simerville represented Beau Outfitters in the transaction.
