MPV Properties was recently named on Charlotte Business Journal’s top area developer lists. Among the Largest Area Commercial Real Estate Developers, MPV Properties came in #13 for square feet developed in 2015, and #16 for square feet developed from 2011-15, within the Charlotte area. This is a move up from last year’s rankings of #17 and #18 respectively. When asked what economic indicators to watch most closely as a developer, MPV managing partner Jim Merrifield pointed to employment, population and net property absorption.
