Charlotte, NC (April, 2016) – MPV Properties (MPV) announces five new tenants to join Stone Theatres at RedStone, a 310,000 SF retail center currently under development in Indian Land, SC. The following retailers will open their doors with the 14-screen movie theater anchor in summer of 2017: Portofino’s Ristorante Italiano e Pizzeria (3,200 SF), Red Rocks Café (5,654 SF), Sharonview Federal Credit Union (2,597 SF), Lee Spa Nails (2,219 SF), and Moe’s Southwest Grill (2,374 SF). This will be the first South Carolina location for Portofino’s and Red Rocks Café. According to Keely Hines (MPV), leasing agent for the project, future patrons will likely also see a salon & day spa, coffee, sandwich, and yogurt shops included in the project.
These newly announced tenants are part of Phase I of the project, which will contain a total of 54,900 SF of retail shop space in addition to the 55,400 SF theater. When complete, RedStone will serve as a major retail hub, servicing residents of Indian land, Ballantyne, south Charlotte, Fort Mill, western Union County and all of Lancaster County.
RedStone is located in northern Lancaster County at the intersection of Highway 521 and Highway 160. Steve Vermillion and Mike Bilodeau of MPV Properties are leading the development of the project.
