Construction at Strawberry Hill continues. Development of The Fresh Market’s new 22,000 SF space is expected to be complete this June. The Fresh Market will remain open in its existing space until they move into their new store by summer-end.

Development on new small shop space has also begun. When complete, there will be a combined addition of 16,700 SF between the two new buildings sitting at the corner of Sardis Road and Providence Road. So far, signed tenants include Nékter Juice Bar, Club Pilates, MOD Pizza, and Dunkin’ Donuts.
