Among the Largest Area Commercial Real Estate Developers, MPV Properties came in #22 for square feet developed in 2020, and #25 for square feet developed from 2016-2020, within the Charlotte area. With a mix of Office (40%); Industrial/warehouse (5%); Retail (55%), MPV’s total development in square feet since 2016 is 478,000, 35,000 of that occurring in 2020.
