Among the Largest Commercial Real Estate Developers, MPV Properties came in #26 for square feet developed from 2017-21 within the local Charlotte area. With a mix of Retail (52%); Office (37%); Industrial/warehouse (11%), MPV’s total development in square feet since 2017 is 578,715.
