Charlotte, NC (February 2023) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) is pleased to announce the sale of 1009 East Boulevard. The 4,500 SF office building, located along East Boulevard near the Harris Teeter anchored Kenilworth Commons, was sold to Hull & Chandler, P.A., an award-winning law firm, who is planning to occupy the building. This will be a relocation for Hull & Chandler, P.A. from their current office on Morehead Square Dr. The tenant in the building, K2M Design, Inc., is moving to a new space in South End this spring to accommodate their growth, and Hull & Chandler intends to make minor renovations prior to moving in.
“We had strong interest from the day the property was put on the market, which is a testament to the quality of the renovation completed by our client, architect Dane Suchoza,” states Bailey Patrick Jr. of MPV. “Despite the recent shifts in the real estate market, it was clear that there is still strong demand to own this type of Class A office product in Charlotte.” Multiple offers were received to purchase the property.
