MPV Properties was recently named in Charlotte Business Journal’s annual lists of Largest Charlotte-Area Commercial Real Estate Firms. MPV Properties came in #14 for total number of full-time employees in the Charlotte area.
In 2023, MPV closed a total of 497 transactions with lease transactions being 218 and sales transactions being 279. Some of its major projects contributing to that total include the leasing deals done for Christenbury Village and Farmington, two of MPV’s mixed-use developments under construction in Concord and Harrisburg/Charlotte respectively. The sales figure includes a number of land transactions for industrial, hotel and residential sites, and numerous medical/office and retail properties sold by the Investment team.
MPV has consistently made the Business Journal’s Largest Charlotte-Area CRE firm list, and is proud to be named on it again.
