FINALIST: TOP MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT
Christenburg Village, a 115,959-square-foot, mixed-use development in Concord, was brought to life by MPV Properties and Mission Properties by combining highly trafficked retail, casual dining, boutique services and housing.
The developers designed the $100 million project to serve the daily needs of the more than 50,000 Concord residents who live within a 3-mile radius of the site. It is anchored by a 50,000-square-foot Lowes Foods grocery store and includes other national and local tenants like Haraz Coffee House, Woof Gang Bakery and Petfolk, Beem Light Sauna, Fleet Feet and Another Broken Egg Café.
A second phase, The Residences at Christenbury, delivered this past summer. The addition of the five-story, 156-unit multifamily property helps to create longevity for the project through what the developers call a true live, work, play environment.
