Located at a prominent residential intersection in Gastonia, NC, Kendrick Crossing provides much needed retail and services to an underserved market. The Harris Teeter anchored neighborhood center features a total of 69,800 square feet of retail space, including the 53,000 square foot Harris Teeter. Through this project, MPV Properties:
- Identified a prime location for a neighborhood center
- Completed overall site design on 9.1 acres
- Made road improvements near site to allow for easy ingress and egress at the signalized intersection of Kendrick Road and Robinwood Road
- Delivered the site pad for Harris Teeter and developed 16,800 square feet of small shop space
Result: Kendrick Crossing was fully leased within a year of its opening, and remains a popular shopping center in a prominent Gastonia suburban neighborhood.
