MPV Properties has a long history with Lowe’s, a national home improvement giant with over 2,200 stores in the US. Together with Lowe’s, MPV assisted with locations for over 60 of their retail stores in the southeast, with the implementation of the Lowe’s “Carve Out Program” (sale of outparcels), and in securing the site for their Office Tech Hub in Charlotte’s South End.
In the development of the new retail locations, MPV Properties provided the following services:
- Site Selection
- Entitlement/Permitting
- Construction
As part of the “Carve Out Program”, MPV Properties provided the following services:
- Analyzed 200 company owned assets
- Listed and sold 100 parcels for Lowe’s
- Built Shared systems for placing and using all property documents
- Built website for marketing & document sharing between MPV and Lowe’s
Finally, MPV represented Lowe’s in its site selection, lease negotiation, build to suit structure with its landlord, and assisted with Lowe’s incentive packages in their Charlotte South End Office Tech Hub.
Result: MPV has been able to provide a full range of services to Lowe’s, resulting in Lowe’s success in the home improvement space.
