MPV Properties predecessor, Merrifield Patrick Vermillion, recognized the opportunity to assemble parcels of land in an up-and-coming part of Fort Mill, SC in 2015. When the timing was right, plans were developed to develop a mixed-use center with retail, medical office and light industrial. The center was fully leased upon completion, and featured local and national tenants with dining, daycare, storage, and medical uses. Over the course of the project, MPV:
- Developed 19,000 SF of retail
- Secured a build-to-suit deal with Atrium Health to develop a 21,000 SF building on the corner parcel
Result: The Crossing at Doby’s Bridge is an attractive mixed-use center in a flourishing Fort Mill community and provides many conveniences for surrounding residents.
