Cheryl joined MPV in 2020 with 24 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus in retail. At MPV she provides administration services for the daily operation of MPV’s associations portfolio, as well as project support for the Associations team.
Prior to joining MPV, Cheryl provided lease administration support for the legal department of Rack Room Shoes, a partner of Deichmann SE. 2007 brought Cheryl to Charlotte, NC when CBRE relocated her from Dallas, TX as Senior Manager in the Platform Program Management role, supporting the Bank of America account. While in Texas, she was part of the Facilities Management team that relocated the headquarter offices for Perot Systems Corporation in Plano, TX, and supported the domestic and international portfolio as Leasing Manager.
Outside of work, Cheryl cares for her elderly mother and enjoys outdoor activities which keep her busy.
