Eric joined MPV in April of 2017 with over 25 years of commercial real estate and development experience. Eric began his career within the Real Estate Department of Lowe’s Companies in 1992. During his 20 year tenure with the company, Eric was involved in the acquisition and/or development of more than 200 Lowe’s stores in over 20 states. After leaving Lowe’s 2013, Eric worked as an independent consultant / development manager with Maly Commercial Realty, a private commercial development firm based in Columbia, MO. During his time with Maly, Eric was responsible for the oversight and management of all facets of the real estate process including site selection, acquisition, leasing, design and construction management for assigned pad-site and development projects. At MPV, Eric will be responsible for AAA Carolinas and AAA Club Alliance development projects.
Eric earned a BSBA in Business Management from Appalachian State University in 1985. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Eric resides in Wilkesboro, NC with his wife and three daughters.
