In 2021, Ferris started at MPV Properties as a Brokerage Assistant, providing support to the investment sales, office, and industrial teams. By 2024, she shifted her focus solely to the investment team, now working as an Investment Sales Associate.
As Investment Sales Associate, Ferris works with the investment team in the sale of single and multi-tenant retail and medical investment properties, focusing particularly on the Southeast region. Ferris is involved with several high-profile infill sites in Charlotte’s Southend corridor and net leased QSR’s including Taco Bell, Caribou, KFC, and Pizza Hut.
Originally from North Carolina, Ferris has spent most of her life in Charlotte. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. Ferris obtained her real estate license in 2018 and launched her career in real estate shortly after college.
Passionate about music, Ferris has played the piano since she was seven years old. In her free time, she enjoys hosting friends for dinners and cookouts, taking weekend trips to the farm or lake, and spending quality time with her husband, Adam, and family.
