Kim has over years of administrative, human resources and office management experience. She was office manager for a medical practice for 10 years prior to joining Crosland’s Office & Industrial Division in 2003. In 2004, that division became Merrifield Partners, and in 2010 the company merged with Patrick and Associates and The Carolina Group to form MPV Properties.
As the Administrative Manager for MPV Properties, Kim is responsible for all human resource functions for the company, which include recruitment and staffing, benefits, learning and development, employee relations, payroll and information management. She also serves as Executive Assistant to one of the Managing Partners and one of the Development Partners.
Kim received a B.S. Degree from the State University of New York, College at Brockport. She and her husband have resided in Charlotte since 1998 and have two young children.
