Leyton joined MPV Properties as an intern before being hired full-time in May 2026 as an Investment Sales Analyst. In his role he supports outreach efforts, market research, and investment sales initiatives with a focus on retail and medical investment properties across the Southeast. He holds his Realtor® license in North Carolina and is actively assisting the team with market tracking, client outreach, and identifying new investment opportunities.
Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Leyton attended North Carolina State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. While in school, he served as a Property Management Intern, gaining hands-on experience in leasing operations and tenant coordination.
Outside of the office, Leyton enjoys playing sports and staying active, often competing in or watching games with friends. He also enjoys fishing spending time outdoors, along with traveling and spending time with family and friends.
