Rhead McEneny joined MPV Properties in May 2018 as a Brokerage Assistant to our developers and investment sales team, where she handled all of their real estate related tasks and marketing efforts. In 2021, given her prior experience and her educational background, she moved over to the marketing team as a Marketing and Graphic Design Associate to now the Marketing Brand Manager.
As Marketing Brand Manager, Rhead oversees branding for MPV’s development projects and ensures brand standards are met on all marketing related tasks for the company. She is involved in all marketing collateral including property flyers, brochures, social media, MPV’s corporate portfolio, and website. In addition to her marketing and graphic design skills, she is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
Prior to MPV, she began her career in the commercial real estate industry as an intern with Lincoln Harris. At Lincoln Harris, Rhead gained experience working with brokers, developers, property management, and marketing. Rhead grew up in Winston-Salem, NC, where she attended Forsyth Country Day. She is a 2017 graduate of UNC Charlotte, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing.
