As Marketing Brand Manager, Rhead oversees branding for MPV’s development projects and ensures brand standards are met on all marketing related tasks for the company. She is involved in all marketing collateral including investment offering memorandums, brochures, property flyers, tour books, social media, MPV’s corporate portfolio, and websites. In addition to her marketing and graphic design expertise, Rhead is also a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
Prior to joining MPV in 2018, Rhead began her career in commercial real estate as an intern with Lincoln Harris. She grew up in Winston-Salem and attended Forsyth Country Day before earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from UNC Charlotte.
Rhead spends her free time balancing her love of travel and good food with quiet weekends at home in Davidson with her fiancé and their dogs.
