Ricardo joined MPV Properties’ operations team in 2022 after having spent 23 years in the real estate industry. Prior to joining MPV, Ricardo owned a firm which provided lease administration and management services for clients such as AMT Direct, The Fresh Market, Verizon Wireless and Cushman Wakefield.
Additionally, Ricardo provided software implementation and training to assist companies in their efforts to train staff on their newest software acquisitions.
Ricardo is a native of Phoenix, Arizona, but after ten years, he has made Charlotte his home. Ricardo attended Arizona State University and the University of Wisconsin Law School. He is an enthusiastic golfer and loves traveling with his wife and dog.
