Samantha joined MPV in 2023 with over 13 years of property management experience. She has extensive experience in Retail Management and has worked closely with owners, tenants and vendors, including Publix management on several Publix anchored centers. Samantha has been very involved with construction redevelopment along with tenant buildouts and capital projects.
Samantha was most recently a Senior Property Manager with Divaris Corporation in their Charlotte, NC office, and prior to that role, served as Senior Property Manager with Stiles Corporation on the west coast of Florida until relocating in 2020 to the Carolinas.
Prior to making the move to Property Management, Samantha worked as 2-20 Licensed Insurance Agent for 8 years, as well as a Controller for a design and manufacturing company. This experience has provided her with a strong business acumen along with the ability to work closely with owners, vendors and tenants to address their insurance needs and requirements.
Samantha resides in Fort Mill, SC with her husband and their rescue cat. She enjoys spending time with family along with traveling, cooking and baking in her spare time.
