Wendi comes to MPV Properties with over 30 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining MPV in 2022, she worked for Obrecht Properties in Timonium, MD for over 17 years along with a nine-year stint in the public accounting arena. As Senior Corporate Accountant for Development, Wendi is responsible for cost tracking and investor reporting for the company’s land acquisitions and development projects, preparing lender draw packages, cash management, commission coordination, and back-of-the-house accounting. Wendi and her husband recently moved to Rock Hill from Maryland to be close to their grandchildren. She is an avid reader and enjoys attending concerts and sporting events, and traveling.
