Charlotte, NC (February 4, 2005) – The following condo sales have taken place at Crosland’s Blakeney Professional Center:
- Marie M. Kiser has purchased Suite 130 totaling 1,917 square feet in Building 6 (sales price $277,965). The location will be the site of Skilled Transcription Services. Tim Henby of Farms and Estates Realty represented the Buyer in this transaction.
- Allen Tate has purchase Suite 100 totaling 4,486 square feet in Bldg 6 (sales price $650,470). Paisley Gordon represented the Buyer in this transaction.
- Sandra H. Dickinson has purchased Suite 120 totaling 1,675 square feet in Building 6 (sales price $242,875). The location will be the site of Dickinson Mortgage and Associates. Ken Heiliger of Heiliger and Associates represented the Buyer in the transaction.
- LBG Properties, LLC (Drs. Mindy and Wendell Goins) has purchased Suite 100 totaling 3,930 square feet in Bldg 5 (sales price $589,500). The location will be the site of Mid Carolina Surgery Specialists and Mid Carolina Dental Center. Tona Johnston of Richard Pearsall Realty represented the Buyer in the transaction.

Blakeney Professional Center is a 30-acre commercial center located within the overall Blakeney project. Blakeney is the culmination of two decades of planning and will include 270 acres of single-family attached and detached homes, apartment homes, retail, commercial, and office development. This mixed-use development is located at the intersection of Rea and Ardrey Kell Roads just two miles from the I-485 Interchange. Forty-five acres have been preserved for greenways and wetlands along the Flat Branch Creek. A community green will be adjacent to the retail center. At completion, the retail center will offer around 500,000 square feet of space, with the first phase anchored by a grocery store and supported by 60,000 square feet of small shop space. Blakeney Greens is the first neighborhood in the northeast part of the development with homes and town homes built by Saussy Burbank and Ryan Homes.
