York, SC (April 2026) — Knowledge Perk Coffee Company has signed a lease at 1530 Alexander Love Highway, a new multi-tenant retail/medical development in York, South Carolina. The Rock Hill-based coffee concept will join White Rose Dentistry in the building and plans to open their 1,694 SF café with indoor seating, a drive-thru lane, and a large outdoor patio this fall. The project is part of a new Class A neighborhood-serving development positioned to meet rising demand driven by ongoing residential expansion throughout the surrounding area.
Located along Alexander Love Highway with strong daily traffic counts and convenient connectivity to SC-5, US-321, and I-77, the new ±8,464 SF building offers excellent regional access between York, Rock Hill, and the greater Charlotte metro area. The site was designed to accommodate a mix of restaurant, retail, service, and medical users in a high-visibility corridor experiencing sustained growth.
