Indian Land, SC (January 2014) – Merrifield Patrick Vermillion, LLC (MPV), one of the area’s leading providers of commercial real estate services,is pleased to announce that construction will begin soon for Six Mile Commons II; a ±7,000 square foot multi-tenant retail building located along Highway 521 in northern Lancaster County in front of the Walmart Supercenter.

Six Mile Commons II will break ground in the 1st quarter of this year and has signed Mattress Firm to occupy 4,480 square feet. Six Mile Commons I, which opened in 2012, is 100% leased by; GameStop, GNC, Krispy Kreme, Verizon, Shane’s Rib Shack, Supercuts, Marcos Pizza, NV Nail Salon, and Friendly Neighborhood Dental Center.

Steve Vermillion and Mike Bilodeau of Merrifield Patrick Vermilion are the development team with Keely Simerville responsible for leasing. Financing is provided by Bank of North Carolina and Robert Johnson Architects served as the design team. Cummings Construction is the general contractor.
