MPV Properties was named in Charlotte Business Journal’s top area property management companies, ranking 25th among other large commercial real estate and property management companies with operations in Charlotte. At the time of the survey, MPV managed a total of 1.75 million square feet, with roughly half of that being office, a third retail, and the remaining, industrial uses.
MPV was also ranked at 25th in 2016. Ian Bruce leads the property management division at MPV Properties.
