Charlotte/Concord (June 2025) MPV Properties (“MPV”) announces three new leases at Christenbury Village, a Lowes Foods anchored mixed-use retail center within 1 mile of Concord Mills. Another Broken Egg Cafe, Buffalo Wild Wings GO, and Brixx Pizza have signed on to take space in Concord’s newest mixed-use development.

Another Broken Egg Cafe will take the 4,506 SF end-cap space with patio in Building 3 and Buffalo Wild Wings GO will take the remaining 1,346 SF in Building 3, bringing this retail building to 100% occupancy.

In Building 5, Brixx Pizza will join the current tenant lineup, that includes Raceway Orthodontics and Ultra Nail Boutique, taking the 2,454 SF end-cap space with patio.

Building 1 retail tenants, along with multifamily (up to 156 residential units), should expect to deliver Summer of 2025. Newly announced restaurants can be expected 1st Quarter of 2026.
