Mint Hill, NC (October, 2020) – Nance Companies (Nance) & MPV Properties (MPV) are pleased to announce their first signed lease for the newest building, 11211 Allen Station Drive, within Clear Creek Business Park in Mint Hill, NC. The new tenant, GTM Construction, will take 4,800 square feet, an expansion for the construction company specializing in paint, drywall and trim. They plan to move in by December 1st.
Nance and MPV have built two identical 24,000 SF buildings at the business park and are capitalizing on the strong demand for warehouse space in Charlotte’s suburbs. Other companies that have also leased space in the new buildings include DesignBuild Mechanical, Ace Industries and CRS Building Automated Systems. The two firms hope to continue attracting businesses looking for a spacious setting and quick access to the greater Charlotte MSA via I-485, Highway 74, and Highway 24/27.
Available suites in the new ‘Building C’ range from 2,400 square feet to 12,000 square feet. Billy Thomas and Bailey Patrick Jr. of MPV are leasing the speculative building.
