Pineville, NC (July, 2021) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) and Nance Companies are pleased to announce Gateway Supply Company will be opening a Charlotte area location. Gateway Supply Co. will occupy space in Berkshire Business Centers #20, a newly constructed 67,000 SF flex building that the firms co-developed in Pineville Distribution Park. This will be Gateway Supply’s 16th location and its first outside of South Carolina. The facility will serve as a plumbing supply counter providing contractors, professionals and customers thousands of choices in plumbing supplies.
Gateway Supply Co. moved into the new 41,911 SF space earlier this month and will be the second tenant in the Class A flex building already partially occupied by Carolina Flipz. Berkshire Business Centers #20 was officially completed in July 2020 and the building features 28-foot clear heights, 52’x50’ column spacing, LED lighting, an ESFR sprinkler system, and ample parking for employees and customers. Pineville Distribution Park also is home to Campbells Snacks’ 525,000 SF distribution center and two additional buildings are planned in the industrial park that will offer another 130,000 square feet of industrial/flex space.
