Look at all the progress being made on the latest building to go up at Pineville Distribution Park! 🚧 This 30,250 SF building will be the new home of SUMMIT Engineering, Laboratory & Testing. It’s not hard to see that this project will wrap up by year end. Our own Bailey Patrick Jr. and Billy Thomas represented the landlord in this deal. SUMMIT joins other tenants at the park including Campbells Snacks, Gateway Supply Company and Carolina Flipz.
