One Space Remaining in the First Building at The Overlook at Gold Hill

Fort Mill, SC (July 2023) – MPV Properties (“MPV”) is pleased to announce the three new tenants coming to the first building at The Overlook at Gold Hill. The property, developed by Fort Mill based Vulcan Property Group, is located at 1024, 1038 and 1056 Gold Hill Road, in Fort Mill, SC. The first building is expected to be open in early spring 2024.

The new tenants include New York Butcher Shoppe and Wine Bar, Donatos Pizza, and a General Dentist Office. These tenants will be joining The Goddard School at the project which is relocating to a new, larger building in the development to accommodate the growth of this top rated early childhood education center.

There is one 1,594 sf space remaining in the first building, and the second building is planned to have 14,492 of space available to lease.
