Construction on our new industrial building in Pineville Distribution Park has just been completed! The tenant, SUMMIT Engineering, Laboratory & Testing, Inc. has just moved in, making this building their new regional headquarters. The address is 10121 Pineville Distribution Park, Pineville, NC.
We co-developed this building with Nance Companies. Our own Bailey Patrick Jr. and Billy Thomas represented the Landlord.
