Goodlyfe is the latest tenant to sign on at Christenbury Village in Concord, NC. Serving up smoothies, salads and wraps, Goodlyfe has taken one of the few remaining spots in the Lowes Foods anchored center.

Goodlyfe could be open as soon as this fall. Kevin Judd and Joey Morganthall with MPV Properties represented the landlord in this transaction, and are handling leasing at the center.
