Charlotte, NC (February 2026) MPV Properties (“MPV”) is pleased to announce that
Moxie, a membership-based female social, coworking, and wellness club, has signed a lease for the entire 5,234 SF Crescent Corner building at 507 Providence Road, in the Eastover/Myers Park submarket of Charlotte.

Designed as essential infrastructure for modern women, Moxie integrates workspace, social connection and wellness under one roof — removing the daily friction between ambition and well-being. Moxie aims to redefine what it means to work and gather in Charlotte.

Owned by Margaret Cheatham Williams, Moxie was born out of a desire to bridge a critical gap in the market.

“Charlotte has social clubs and it has coworking spaces, but there isn’t a place designed specifically for women who need both,” said Williams.

“Moxie brings work, wellness and community together under one roof. As remote work rises and loneliness increases, we believe women need more than flexible desks — they need belonging, support and infrastructure that matches their ambition. When women gather consistently in the right environment, relationships compound, opportunities expand, and momentum builds.”

Moxie will offer a space that blends productivity with hospitality and wellness with amenities that include:

  • Café and cocktail bar
  • Retail and provisions market
  • Conference rooms and podcast studio
  • Entrepreneurial programming
  • Private event space

In addition to workspace and hospitality offerings, Moxie will incorporate a dedicated wellness component including Pilates, yoga and rotating practitioner services such as massage and meditation. Moxie is currently undergoing its interior renovations and anticipates opening in early 2027. Robbie Adams with MPV Properties represented the tenant in the lease transaction, and Thrift Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.
